What is the coverage area and the delivery charges?

We currently cover Kuala Lumpur, Selangor region for a really reasonable fee.The delivery charge to selected area of Klang Valley is RM15. For outbound area, it will be incurred extra charges. (Please check the following area and rate charges)

RM15 Bukit Jalil, Cheras, Damansara, Gombak, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Sunway.  RM25  Ampang, Batu Caves, Kota Kemuning, Rawang, Seri Kembangan, Setapak, Sg. Buloh, Selayang. RM35 Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Kajang, Klang.  RM45 Kapar, Port Klang, Serdang.  RM65 Dengkil, Jenjarom, Banting, Bangi, Semenyih.

Out of the above delivery area, we don't covered, but you can do pick up yourself from our workshop USJ 1. Soap Flowers is available nationwide delivery, in Malaysia, please whatsapp us for order 012-9808032

 

I need a bouquet delivered right now! Is it possible?

Yes! If you need a bouquet after our cut off time, after 1pm, please whatsapp us for order 012-980 8032, for pick up or delivery will be depend on the avaibility delivery slot we have.

 

When is the delivery time if I order a bouquet?

There will be 2 delivery time : Morning session from 10am to 3pm, and Evening session from 3pm to 8pm. Same day delivery is available order before 1pm. Pick up is available from our workshop which is located at USJ One Park, Subang Jaya. You can call us at 012-980 8032 for order if you need urgently after 1 pm. 

 What is the delivery cut off time?

We do same day delivery. The cut-off time for same day delivery is 1 pm.

E.g., if it is currently 12.59 pm, you can still order for your item to be delivered before office hours 6 pm. However, once you have missed the time slot, you can contact/ Whatsapp us to check availability of the delivery time slot.

E.g., if it is currently 2 pm, the 10 am- 4 pm time slot is no longer available. The next available time slot would be 4 pm to 8 pm. you can contact/ Whatsapp us to check availability of the delivery time slot or do self-pick up.

 

When we can do the order?

We operate on Monday to Sunday from 10am to 8pm. You can select any date for your pre order. If the date can't be selected on the calendar mean we're fully booked on that day. 

 What is the payment option?

Online Payment/ Paypal (Credit Card) is the only mean of payment available in this site. We prioritise purchases from this site before ones from email or Whatsapp. Bank transfer through Public Bank is also available upon request on Whatsapp.

 

Can I customize my own bouquet with my favorite flowers or design?

Yes you can! You will need to WhatsApp us your thoughts and ideas and we will have a conversation on whether we are able to fulfill your needs. You can basically customize the entire bouquet from the flower, wrapping paper to even the design of the bouquet.

How do I make a  purchase online? 

  • Step 1: Click "Shop" and pick your favorite bouquet "Add to cart"
  • Step 2: "Pick a date", Write your "Message" & Fill in the "Delivery details"
  • Step 3: Select your Delivery Method "Self-pick up" or "Delivery
  • Step 4: Complete Payment
  • Step 5: Upload Photo

 

If there is no one to receive bouquet when we reach to the delivery address?

We will contact the receiver, notice the sender, either to leave it there, to the doorstep, guard house, reception, neighbor with the permission of sender, or receiver. To make another day or, route for delivery will be incur extra delivery charges. 

Can I request to deliver on specific time? 

Yes, we can, depends on the avaibility slot we have. There are two delivery session. (1) Morning session from 10am to 3pm, and (2) Evening session from 3pm to 8pm. We arrange our delivery for you within the time frame that you choose. While we do the very best we can to deliver your flowers on time, unfortunately there are still things we can't control like extreme weather, heavy traffic jam on road which might delay our delivery time. We will do absolutely everything we can to solve this problem when this occurs and appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

What if I need a re-delivery or re-route for another address?

Please note that for re-deliveries in circumstances such as one listed below, will be charged at RM 15

As such, we advice customers to include a location in the "Nominate a Safe Place for Flowers" box during checkout to prevent unnecessary charges.

1. Wrong delivery address

2. Invalid delivery address,

3. Recipient is not home, and both the buyer and recipient are uncontactable for more than 10 mins, without any prior special delivery instructions given

 

Forget to upload your photo after payment? 

You can email your photo to sales@februarybloom.com or whatsapp your photo to us at 012-9808032. Please do mention your order ID.
